Job description

Residential Landscape is looking for people who enjoy creating and improving outdoor spaces. Whether your strength is planning landscape ideas or working hands-on with installations, we’re interested in hearing from you. Experience is helpful, but we also welcome motivated candidates who are willing to learn.


What You’ll Do


  • Meet with homeowners and understand what they want for their outdoor space.
  • Help plan or install gardens, planting areas, patios, lawns, and other landscape features.
  • Assist with choosing plants, trees, and materials that fit the property.
  • Work with the landscape team to bring designs and customer ideas to life.
  • Help with planting, preparing landscape areas, and general installation when needed.
  • Keep projects organized and communicate with customers and team members.
  • Follow basic project plans and make sure completed work matches the customer’s expectations.


What We’re Looking For


  • Interest or experience in landscaping, outdoor design, gardening, construction, or similar work.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and willingness to learn.
  • Basic computer skills are helpful for design work but not required for installer applicants.
