Noodle & Boo is a premium baby, family, personal care, laundry, and home care brand known for gentle formulas, trusted quality, elevated presentation, and a meaningful connection with parents, gift-givers, and families.
We are looking for a proven social media and creator growth leader to help make Noodle & Boo more visible, relevant, engaging, and competitive across Instagram, TikTok, short-form video, creator content, UGC, and social commerce.

The Director of Social Media & Creator Growth will own the brand's social growth strategy, creator-led content engine, short-form video direction, social calendar, community engagement standards, and day-to-day management of the Brand Content Creator.

This is a focused, hands-on social growth role. The right person has helped grow a consumer brand and understands how to build a modern content system: what to post, how to brief creators, how to direct internal resources, how to use performance data, and how to turn social storytelling into measurable momentum.

This leader will work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, paid media, email/SMS, TikTok Shop, influencer, PR, customer service, and retail teams while protecting the brand's premium, gentle, and trustworthy positioning.

What You Will Own

• Instagram and TikTok growth strategy across feed, Reels, Stories, short-form video, community engagement, and performance reporting.
• The weekly and monthly social calendar, including product education, routines, launches, gifting, founder content, creator content, UGC, retail moments, and mission-aligned storytelling.
• Management, coaching, prioritization, and performance development of the Brand Content Creator.
• Creator and influencer content strategy, including product seeding, briefs, UGC, usage rights, content repurposing, and relationship tracking.
• Social community standards, including comment and DM tone, escalation guidelines, and customer engagement guardrails.
• Social reporting, weekly learnings, content testing priorities, and cross-channel content handoff.
• The social/content side of the Mama Ambassador and affiliate creator programs, in partnership with the Ecommerce leader who owns economics, tracking, and revenue reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Social Growth and Content Strategy

• Develop and lead a clear Instagram and TikTok strategy designed to increase reach, engagement, follower growth, saves, shares, profile visits, and brand relevance.
• Create repeatable content pillars, hooks, formats, series, and posting cadences that support consistent growth.
• Build a balanced content mix across baby care education, routines, gifting, founder storytelling, laundry and home care, customer love, social proof, retail moments, and the brand mission.
• Adapt platform trends in a way that feels warm, useful, premium, and brand-right rather than gimmicky or overly promotional.
• Use social and customer insights to identify new stories, FAQs, educational opportunities, and creative tests.

Lead the Brand Content Creator and Calendar

• Set weekly priorities and clear assignments for content capture, on-camera content, product demos, Reels, TikTok concepts, Stories, founder support, UGC organization, and community engagement.
• Provide direction, feedback, approvals, coaching, and workload planning to improve content quality, consistency, and performance.
• Own a disciplined planning rhythm across calendar reviews, filming priorities, asset needs, approvals, scheduling, performance recaps, and next tests.
• Coordinate with Creative on visual standards, polished assets, product imagery, templates, and elevated campaign needs.

Short-Form Video, Creators, and UGC

• Direct hooks, scripts, shot lists, talking points, pacing, captions, CTAs, and visual direction for social-first content.
• Identify which formats should be repeated, improved, retired, or tested based on views, retention, watch time, shares, saves, and engagement.
• Build a creator and UGC strategy that supports trust, social proof, TikTok Shop, DTC growth, paid media, email/SMS, PR, Amazon, Target, and retail storytelling.
• Prioritize brand-aligned mom, baby care, lifestyle, family, beauty/wellness, laundry/home care, gifting, and micro-influencer partners.
• Create a consistent system for creator follow-up, content tagging, usage rights, performance notes, and reuse so strong content is not lost.

Agency, Affiliate, and Cross-Functional Leadership

• Serve as the internal social strategy partner for TikTok and influencer agency activity, aligning work around hero products, creative briefs, creator needs, TikTok Shop, launches, and reporting.
• Review agency deliverables for brand fit, content quality, social relevance, timeliness, and usefulness across channels.
• Support ambassador and affiliate creator content, advocacy, referrals, and UGC while ensuring the program feels premium and trust-building rather than discount-driven.
• Partner with Ecommerce to connect social content with traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention, affiliate, and social-assisted revenue opportunities.

Community and Performance Reporting

• Create clear comment and DM standards and ensure sensitive product, medical-claim, family, retail, and customer-service questions are escalated appropriately.
• Maintain a concise weekly dashboard covering follower growth, reach, engagement, profile visits, video performance, top content, UGC, creator output, and key learnings.
• Report what worked, what did not, what should be repeated, and what should be tested next.
• Connect social performance to DTC and ecommerce indicators where possible, including traffic, TikTok Shop activity, paid creative use, email/SMS use, and social-assisted revenue signals.

Community and Performance Reporting

• Partner with the TikTok agency and internal Community/Creator lead to support TikTok Shop growth.
• Help define priority products, bundle strategy, offers, creator briefs, affiliate guardrails, and performance reporting.
• Ensure TikTok Shop supports brand growth while maintaining Noodle & Boo's premium positioning.
• Identify high-performing TikTok and creator content that can be repurposed across paid media, email, product pages, and other channels.
• Support a coordinated approach between TikTok Shop, creator content, paid media, and owned ecommerce.

• A more consistent, high-performing social calendar and content operating system.
• Meaningful improvement in Instagram and TikTok reach, engagement, follower growth, and short-form video performance.
• A stronger creator ecosystem with more high-quality UGC, secured usage rights, and reusable content.
• Clear growth and performance development for the Brand Content Creator.
• Better alignment and accountability across TikTok, influencer, creator, and social partners.
• More effective reuse of social content across DTC, paid media, email/SMS, TikTok Shop, Amazon, retail, and PR.

Ideal Candidate

• 6+ years of experience in social media, creator marketing, influencer marketing, content strategy, or social growth for a consumer brand.
• Proven experience growing Instagram and/or TikTok reach, engagement, followers, creator content, and UGC.
• Strong understanding of Reels, Stories, TikTok, creator culture, social trends, hooks, short-form video, and community engagement.
• Experience managing a content creator, social coordinator, influencer coordinator, freelancer, agency, or junior team member.
• Strong editorial and creative judgment with the ability to protect a premium brand while increasing visibility and relevance.
• Comfort using data to make decisions and translate performance into clear actions and priorities.
• Strong writing, captioning, briefing, content direction, organization, and project-management skills.
• Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving, founder-led environment where strategy and execution both matter.

Preferred Experience
