Inspire Wellness Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist who is licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW to join our dynamic team. This full-time, remote position focuses on delivering person-centered therapy through a telehealth setting, allowing flexibility and accessibility for both clients and practitioners. • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring that all evaluations reflect the diverse backgrounds of our clients.
• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of patients, enhancing emotional well-being and resilience.
• Complete essential documentation including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms in adherence to specified timelines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans when needed, and wellness strategies that focus on stabilizing and maintaining optimal functioning for clients.
• Create effective discharge plans that prioritize client continuity of care and connection to community resources.
• Stay updated on the latest federal and state laws and comply with organizational policies and procedures to maintain high standards of practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and therapeutic techniques.
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to foster collaboration and improve service delivery.
• Ensure all required licensing and training are current and completed timely to maintain professional standards.

At Inspire Wellness, our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, seeking support for an array of mental health challenges. We work primarily with individuals and families who may be dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and behavioral concerns. • A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.
• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Oregon.

• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, as well as familiarity with digital health tools that enhance client engagement.
• A proven track record of implementing effective treatment plans and working in multidisciplinary teams.
