Mill Creek Machining is seeking all levels of Quality Inspectors to join their team in Paullina, IA.  
Location: Paullina, IA
Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $20-$40 DOE
A weekly attendance bonus will be added to each pay period when all scheduled hours are worked*What You’ll Do
  • Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, thread gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
  • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
  • Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
  • Identify and process nonconforming material.
  • Verify certifications, traceability documentation, and traveler accuracy.
  • Support AS9100 quality system requirements and documentation.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective actions.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience level may range from entry-level to senior inspection professionals.
  • Blueprint reading skills.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.
  • Understanding of manufacturing quality principles.
  • Knowledge of AS9100, GD&T, CMMs, and FAI documentation is highly valued for higher-level positions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
