Pay: $28–$35/hr, commensurate with demonstrated inspection capability. Final level and pay are based on demonstrated competency, not tenure.
Schedule: Day shift, on-site.
Benefits: 401(k) with a 100%-vested 4% match after 30 days, employer-paid health insurance (70–80% of premium), complimentary life, vision, and dental insurance, 9 paid holidays, 15 vacation days, 3 personal/sick days, and tuition reimbursement.

Helander Metal Spinning Company has been building precision metal components since 1936. Across three Chicagoland facilities, the company runs metal spinning, hydroforming, and CNC machining under one roof, producing tight-tolerance parts for aerospace, defense, energy, medical, and automotive customers in materials from titanium and Inconel to stainless steel and aluminum.
