Marina Insight Mental Healthcare Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This position operates in a remote setting, which allows for flexibility and work-life balance, while also being linked to our outpatient office in Tacoma. We recognize the importance of wellness in our counselors, and therefore promote a supportive remote work culture. Each counselor works closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for every client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, families, and couples, employing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care for clients and share insights to drive better outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards required in mental health practice.
  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, conferences, and training to remain informed about the latest research and trends in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our services cater to a diverse range of clients, including individuals and families who may have faced barriers in accessing mental health care. Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
  • The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
