About the role Are you a driven leader with a passion for delivering technical solutions to both internal and external customers.

We are looking for anOperationsSupervisor to provide immediate supervision, assign tasks,maintainschedules, and verify the quality of technical service delivery. You willbe responsible forensuring that Insight's onsite and field service personnel are meeting and exceeding client expectations, while providing day-to-day supervision for the team's administrative functions. Coordinate personnel and processes within the operations area.

Manage daily activities, assessthe efficiency, and implementchangesas necessary. Develop business practices to address the needs of Service Delivery, including efficient planning, forecasting, and resource management. Build andmaintainrelationships with all departments for effective communication and collaboration.

Whatwe'relooking for Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.

1+ years of related field service operations experience and/ortraining;or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical, multitasking, and time management skills.
