Inside Sales Representative

About Us

Alltimate Roofing is growing, and we are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support homeowners after their in home consultation.

This role is focused on helping customers who have already met with one of our outside sales representatives. You will follow up after appointments, answer questions, help clarify project options, and coordinate next steps when a homeowner needs more information.

This is not a cold calling position. Most conversations will be with homeowners who have already requested an estimate and are still considering their options.

The right person for this role is confident on the phone, organized, helpful, goal oriented, and comfortable guiding customers through a clear follow up process.

What Youโ€™ll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will work closely with our outside sales team and sales manager to provide a professional follow up experience for homeowners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Follow up with homeowners after in home consultations
  • Call, text, and email customers according to our follow up process
  • Answer questions about project options, pricing, financing, timelines, and next steps
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and document them clearly
  • Help customers schedule a follow up appointment when they need additional information
  • Coordinate with outside sales representatives so they are prepared for follow up appointments
  • Help homeowners move forward when they are ready and the project fits company guidelines
  • Keep accurate notes in the CRM after every customer interaction
  • Confirm that customer information, project details, and next steps are clearly documented
  • Escalate customer concerns or special situations to the sales manager when needed
  • Help create a smooth transition from sales to production once a project is approved

What This Role Is Really About

This role is about customer follow up, communication, and coordination.

Many homeowners have questions after their first appointment. Some need to review options. Some want to compare information. Some need another conversation with their project consultant before making a decision.

Your job is to make sure those homeowners are supported, their questions are answered, and their next steps are clear.

You will be a second point of contact for the customer and an important support partner for the outside sales team.

Preferred Experience

Schedule

Full time, in office position

Typical schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional evening or Saturday follow up may be needed based on customer availability

Compensation includes hourly pay plus performance based bonuses.
