Job description

CloudHealth Tech, voted as one of theย Boston's Best Places to Work in 2015, is expanding it's sales team and looking for a dynamic sales leader. This is an ideal opportunity for a high-energy, creative sales leader to play a critical role in driving our expansion and global presence. This position is responsible for managing a growing Inside Sales team in Boston with a focus on building sales skills including: partner networking, lead qualification and objection handling, in addition to measuring and tracking sales performance.

Your Background:

  • Proven track record of successfully building, training and growing sales teams
  • Metrics-driven, highly analytical
  • Exceptional at forecasting monthly and quarterly goals
  • Advanced functional knowledge of SFDC
  • Experience in direct enterprise-level, high-tech sales
  • Knowledge of cloud technology and analytics is ideal

Primary Responsibilites:

  • Deliver company value proposition, differentiation, and presentation
  • Develop strategy for scaling and managing the inside sales team
  • Accurately log, track, and maintain records using Salesforce
  • Build dashboards and reports in SFDC to track and measure performance
  • Identify and make improvements in process, efficiency, enablement, and productivity
  • Manage day-to-day operations of inside sales reps, setting expectations and ensuring goals are being met
  • Manage a teamโ€™s quota attainment and provide guidance for a successful close
  • Measure and take an analytical look at the business and sales funnel, internalize key performance metrics, and put plans for improvement into action
  • Ability to demonstrate the CloudHealth platform for prospects
  • Schedule and manage meetings using GoToMeeting, Skype, and Google Hangouts
  • Attend sales meetings, vendor training, meet-ups, and local trade shows to keep current with technology and expand CloudHealth Technologiesโ€™ network

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years in sales management position
  • Self-starter, resourceful, adaptable, and creative, with a solid understanding of sales methodology
  • Outstanding communication, relationship development and leadership skills
  • Strong prioritization skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines in a time sensitive environment
  • Ability to motivate team members to help them reach and exceed sales goals
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required
