INSIDE SALES ASSOCIATE
 Job Summary
·       Supports the company’s sales goals through professional sales techniques and good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing accounts, and providing sales coverage by performing the following duties.
 General Accountabilities
  • Promotes and sells product, services and/or related accessories through suggestive sales techniques to meet and surpass profitability goals. 
  • Provides customer with product price quotations, details regarding all accessories available, warranty procedures and additional details as appropriate. 
  • Writes up and process sales on computerized cash register in a professional manner and in accordance with guidelines. 
  • Appropriately greets and qualifies customer, explaining product features, advantages and benefits and close sales according to the company’s sales and customer service. 
  • Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems within a timely manner. 
  • Understands and supports sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all customers. 
  • Operates computer system to check pricing and stock availability. 
  • Builds and maintains quality relations with existing assigned accounts, and increases account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis. 
  • Attends scheduled sales, customer service, product training and other meetings. Stays abreast of market conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies through available resources. 
  • Utilizes company leads to expand current customer base and follows up on all leads promptly. 
  • Provides information and/or follows up on customer as requested. 
  • Enters data appropriate information from quotations, prints quotes and sets up fax for customers, and follows up with marketing.
  • Minimizes customer complaints through effective customer service. 
  • Maintains a neat and orderly store at all times by preparing product displays as requested, preparing signage, light cleaning duties as assigned and other duties as requested.

Reasoning Ability: 
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. 
Computer Skills: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word and general internet knowledge.
