Job Description Inside Sales Associate Onsite: Elgin / East Dundee, IL Direct Hire We're seeking an Inside Sales Associate who thrives on building relationships, and translating technical excellence into sales success. Day to day: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand the customer base. Partner with marketing, product, and field sales to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Oversee sales metrics, pipeline management, and forecasting. Handle complex customer opportunities, ensuring satisfaction from first contact to close. Qualifications to be given top priority consideration: 3-5 years of experience inside sales experience Foundational understanding or experience in a technical or engineering-driven industry.

Proven success with B2B sales, lead generation, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field highly preferred.
