Job description

Position Description
The primary role of the Presentation Specialist is to plan, coordinate, and deliver highly professional in-person persuasive presentations in the Innovation Center. The Innovation Center is an impressive state of the art facility with advanced technology and design allowing for presentations in a model dealership. You will be on a small team of specialists dedicated to supporting the Innovation Center. In addition to Innovation Center presentations, the specialist is responsible for remote presentations leveraging our highly professional and technical Engage Studio's. The specialist will also present our solutions in product video recordings, on site presentations, and conventions.
The specialist will effectively present our solutions and continuously improve upon their presentation skills. To deliver highly professional persuasive presentations the position requires regular improvements of knowledge of the solutions. Therefore, system maintenance and training are a part of the daily routine.
Public speaking is an important skill the Innovation Center Presentation Specialist will need to possess. Innovation Center Specialists will be working side by side with Reynolds and Reynolds Sales Specialists, Product Managers, and our Executive Staff. Good written and oral communication is a must.
In order to stay competitive in the market, reporting customer feedback gained while presenting is essential. This relates to our solutions as well as competitive solutions. The Innovation Center Presentation Specialist reports their findings to our Product Planning and Competitive Intelligence teams as conversations reveal suggestions and comparisons with other products in the market.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or customer support; Automotive or Advertising industry experience is a plus; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong customer relationship skills; Highly motivated and confident
