About the Role
Our Taproom Crew Members are responsible for engaging in and executing beer and merchandise sales while creating and delivering an amazing fan experience. We trust our Crew Members with handling all fan questions and concerns and seek solutions that guarantee meeting our service standards. Success as a Taproom Crew Member involves staying updated on industry standards, maintaining the taprooms visual appeal, and showcasing it's beer offerings.
What You'll Do
  • Deliver amazing fan service in all interactions with fans, vendors, team members, and industry partners.
  • Pour and serve beer, brewed cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks according to company standards.
  • Execute opening and closing duties as per company training guidelines.
  • Plan and conduct brewery tours, including public speaking engagements.
  • Stock merchandise and beer inventory, to meet visual standards.
  • Maintain Taproom displays, merchandise, and cleanliness.
  • Operate POS system accurately for sales transactions.
  • Understand and comply with health and safety regulations for Team Members and fans.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, county, and municipal health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain Taproom cleanliness and sanitation according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 1 year of related experience and/or training, preferably in a beverage or retail environment.
  • Must have cash handling experience.
  • Proficiency with Point-of-Sale systems.
  • Must possess a current RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) certificate. Certified Beer Server preferred.
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
