Your Future Role

The Service PM is responsible for leading, defining, and ensuring the successful execution, standardization, and strategic alignment of all projects, engineering deliverables, and support processes within the Customer Services (CS) organizational unit. This role acts as the ultimate authority for operational coordination, resource allocation, and risk management, managing a multidisciplinary internal team and directing high-level interfaces with key corporate clients, warehouse operations, and external contractors to drive profitability and contractual compliance.

  • Enforce project management standards, methodologies, and governance tools across all projects to drive overall process efficiency.
  • Support project quotations by gathering scope details, timelines, pricing inputs, and supporting documentation from internal teams and vendors.
  • Act as a line of contact for project opportunities and quotations, ensuring commercial proposals are technically sound and aligned with client needs.
  • Assist the Repair Center for demand planning, component coordination, and execution of programs
  • Work alongside our partners, including international teams, ensuring their schedules and deliverables match corporate standards.
  • Assess each project after completion for Project Lessons Learned and champion best practices for digital and physical information archiving across the organization.
  • Work with process improvements projects to ensure data integrity, process automation, and continuous efficiency gains.
  • Effective communication with customers on projects / programs on a regular basis.

Your Profile   

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Computer/Systems Engineering).         
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), or 3-5 years of operational experience across departments in a corporation (supply chain, project management, inventory management, customer services).          
  • Working knowledge of SAP and SharePoint.
  • Customer experience.
  • Experience in demand planning and/or inventory management and/or warehouse coordination.
  • Strong data analysis skills for centralized team scheduling and capacity planning aligned with project timelines.
  • Willingness to learn, including some technical knowledge
