Job Summary
The Medical Aesthetician must possess the ability to perform a variety of high level aesthetic practices and procedures including, but not limited to: detailed consultations and treatment plans, invasive and noninvasive procedures, laser hair removal, chemical peels, HydraFacials, dermaplaning, skin rejuvenation, a thorough understanding of medical grade skincare products, pre and post-care procedures, and the ability to manage client expectations are all part of the role of a Medical Aesthetician. Working hours Tuesday-Friday 9:30-5 + Saturday 9:30-3:00pm (minimum every other Saturday)
Responsibilities

Providing an Exceptional Client Experience:
  • Conduct thorough consultations to evaluate client suitability and formulate treatment plans.
  • Educate clients on aesthetic services and ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency in task management.
Marketing the Brand:
  • Represent the brand at community events and foster genuine connections with clients.
  • Encourage positive client experiences and engagement on social media platforms.
  • Showcase commitment to continuous improvement and industry expertise.
Management of Aesthetic Clients:
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and consistency in brand representation.
  • Provide clear pre and post-care instructions and perform follow-up messages to ensure client satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance:
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to aesthetic procedures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address complex cases and ensure adherence to HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications
  • Aesthetician license.
  • Medical electrologist license.
  • Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce, etc.).
  • 2+years experience with InMode, laser hair removal, IPL, Morpheus8 & Vasqulaze preferred 
  • Possess cosmetic laser certification or ability to complete.
