Idaho National Laboratory (INL) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Instrumentation & Dosimetry Team. Responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Instrumentation & Dosimetry Manager. Serve as a focal point for organization on administrative issues. Ensure administrative functions/activities are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Provide HPL customer and visitor support.ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย
Minimum Qualification Requirements (Education and/or Experience):
Must have at a minimum a High School Diploma or Equivalent plus 2 years relevant administrative experience.
Special Requirements and/or Training:
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Mail and Internet/Intranet. Must have knowledge of procurement systems. Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and perform administrative functions with little or no direction based on in-depth knowledge of INL administrative procedures. Must have records management experience.
