Are you a highly analytical marketer? Do you have a passion for growth and contributing to the bottom line? JASK is seeking a creative Demand Generation Manager to drive top of funnel programs. This is an exciting opportunity to build best-in-class demand generation programs at one of the Bay Area's hottest companies!

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for developing creative, data-driven programs and campaigns to acquire new leads and turn our website traffic into sales pipeline. 

Job Description

You will be a core member of Inkling's demand generation team, and build innovative and enticing programs to help clients discover Inkling

You will focus on top of funnel campaigns to generate new traffic and leads through paid channels including SEM, display advertising, retargeting, social advertising and experimental channels.

Own and drive paid advertising; includes managing relationships with external vendors and agencies who support Inkling

Create and execute effective digital campaigns; includes everything involved in creating an innovative and successful online marketing approach: landing pages, social media posts, ad copy, and banner ads to ensure healthy click and conversion metrics.

Track, measure and report on performance and allocate budget across channels to maximize our marketing spend

Create and execute plans to continuously optimize the core Inkling website and landing pages for better engagement and conversion

Seek out and share insights on how to improve our website's ability to convert prospects to leads, using data from Google Analytics, A/B testing, and other sources

Audit, define, manage and execute SEO strategy

Collaborate with the content marketing team to create and source content as needed to support website and SEO objectives

Monitor and evaluate web analytics and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies

Qualifications

Four year degree in marketing/business,

Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing and demand generation experience,

Proven track record developing, executing and managing successful demand generation and lead management programs with high-ROI,

Marketing automation tools experience, SFDC Integration, etc.

Solid knowledge in web-analytics as well as strong analytical and project management experience,

Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic, metrics driven environment,

Superior communication and writing skills,

Passionate about making an impact on revenue,

Social media savvy
