At Monroe Medspa, we work hard to create a unique and elevated experience that is all about a client’s confidence. We thrive on educating our clients and providing customized treatment plans. Our areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical spa services that span injectables, and skin and body treatments. We are currently searching for a part-time Nurse Injector for our Buffalo, NY location.


In this position, you will support the company's mission and contribute to a positive work environment. You must be organized, able to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and have strong customer service skills.


To excel in this position, you must have good communication skills, be self-motivated, well organized, and willing to provide clients with exceptional customer care. The Nurse Injector hired for this position should be eager to expand his/her knowledge base to include services and product lines we carry and be comfortable recommending these to meet our client’s needs.


Position Overview:

You'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional aesthetic outcomes while providing compassionate care to our valued clients. As a Nurse Injector, you'll administer various non-surgical aesthetic procedures, collaborate with our medspa team, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Bring your clinical expertise and artistic sensibility to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals!


Schedule:

  • Ideally looking for someone part-time (less than 30 hours per week)
    • Mondays: 10 AM–7 PM
    • Tuesdays: 10 AM–6 PM
    • At least two Saturdays per month
Requirements:


  • Provide direct patient care, adhering to authorized guidelines and laws.
  • Conduct consultations to understand patients' aesthetic goals and establish treatment plans.
  • Perform aesthetic procedures such as CoolSculpting, and Botox, Laser treatments and other injectables. All while ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Ensure client comfort and safety throughout treatments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans.
  • Uphold infection control, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and licensure requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
  • Collect photo and video content for social media.
  • Self-promote your aesthetic services and treatments and take ownership in building your client base.
  • Collaborate with team members for comprehensive client care.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Registered Nurse.
  • Prior training and experience with Botox and Dermal Fillers highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience working as a nurse and comfortability with needles.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent understanding of dermatology and skincare treatment preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
  • Well-organized with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Empathetic approach towards patient needs and concerns.
