Requirements
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Perform cosmetic injections, including but not limited to Botox and fillers, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Conduct client consultations to discuss treatment goals and expectations, and provide recommendations based on their individual needs and desires
  • Administer injections safely and effectively, using appropriate techniques and tools
  • Maintain a clean and sterile environment in the treatment area, following all safety protocols and procedures
  • Keep accurate records of treatments and client information in our electronic medical records system
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and trends in aesthetic medicine, attending industry conferences and training sessions as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients and promoting our services to potential new clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team of professionals to ensure optimal client care and satisfaction
  • Participate in marketing efforts and community outreach events to promote Figura Medspa and our services

Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed and certified medical professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in cosmetic injections, specifically Botox and fillers
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing safe and effective treatments
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
