Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant) to join a growing medical aesthetics practice in Livermore, CA.

The ideal candidate is a confident injector with a strong background in aesthetic medicine, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This individual will serve as a key representative of the medspa, helping drive growth through exceptional clinical results, patient trust, and client engagement.

The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for aesthetics, confidence in consultations, and the ability to educate and recommend treatments while creating a luxury patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including Botox®, dermal fillers, and other cosmetic injectables

  • Conduct detailed patient consultations, assess aesthetic goals, and develop personalized treatment plans

  • Educate clients on available treatments, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions

  • Build strong patient relationships and provide a high-touch customer experience

  • Serve as a visible representative and trusted face of the medspa

  • Support patient retention through follow-ups, relationship building, and exceptional service

  • Effectively communicate treatment benefits and recommend appropriate aesthetic services

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

  • Follow strict safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols

  • Stay current with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic medicine

  • Support marketing and brand growth through patient engagement and social media presence

Qualifications
  • Active RN, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license

  • Proven experience as an aesthetic injector with strong injection skills

  • Extensive hands-on experience with:

    • Neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport/Xeomin)

    • Dermal fillers

    • Facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning

  • Strong consultation and sales skills with the ability to convert leads into treatments

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and patient transformation

  • Strong customer service mindset

  • Existing social media presence or experience building a professional aesthetic brand preferred

  • Ability to represent the medspa professionally and confidently

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a medical spa, cosmetic clinic, dermatology, or plastic surgery setting

  • Established patient following or strong online presence (Instagram/TikTok/social platforms) preferred

  • Experience promoting aesthetic services and skincare products

  • Ability to create engaging patient relationships and contribute to practice growth
