Système de rotation de postes aux 2 heures
- Travailler aux presses à injection (inspection et emballage de produits)
- Opérer une cellule de production automatisée
- Assembler des composantes de plastique manuellement ou sur table d'assemblage en équipe
- Réaliser toutes autres tâches connexes
L'aide opérateur travaille en collaboration avec l’opérateur de la ligne d’extrusion. Il doit veiller à ce que tout se déroule conformément à la sortie de la ligne d’extrusion.
- Avoir une attention particulière pour la qualité des produits en cours de fabrication et produits finis
- Effectuer les suivis : rapports de production, rapports de qualité, rapports de non-conforme
- Préparer le matériel et les outils pour l’emballage de la tubulure
- Aider l’opérateur à faire les set-up de production
- Procéder à l’emballage des produits finis
- Voir à l’entretien de l’aire de travail et de la ligne d’extrusion
- Voir au traitement des pièces non-conformes et des résidus recyclables
