Job description

Job Summary:

Take the lead on the floor as our Process Technician, owning the full lifecycle of each job-from mold changes and start-up through first article approval, operator training, and final shut down. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced injection molding environment and takes pride in producing quality parts right the first time.

This position is for 2nd Shift: Mondays - Fridays, 3:30pm - 12:00am, with some weekends

Top Accountabilities:

Ensure safe and efficient mold changes and job start-ups, maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with operators, quality, and project teams to deliver successful, high-quality production outcomes.
