The schedule for this position is M-F 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs mold changes when available

  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment

  • Documents all mold repairs, mold locations, and planned repairs

  • Sets up injection molds and related equipment for sample and production runs

  • Starts up and cycles in mold in accordance with documented cycles and startup procedures

  • Troubleshoots and corrects problem processes

  • Documents and reports mold and equipment related problems

  • Documents daily events in technician log

  • Monitors cycle times and part quality

  • Documents and records cycle information for future use assignments.

  • Inspects molds to identify the cause of quality issues or defects.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of: Spreadsheet Software (Excel) and Electronic Mail Software (Outlook).

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

  • Forklift and Overhead Crane Certifications
