Job Description
  • Support and maintain plant automation systems across Distribution/Re-pack, Injection Molding, and Wire Harness manufacturing operations
  • Lead the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and programming of all plant automation equipment
  • Program and maintain PLC systems within an Allen Bradley environment
  • Configure and troubleshoot Robotics platforms including Fanuc and ABB
  • Manage and optimize Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Servo Drives
  • Develop and maintain Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications
  • Drive plant and facility capital projects from conception through completion
  • Create and modify schematic drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Key Requirements
  • BS in Engineering required; preference for BS EE, ME, or Mechatronics (equivalent work experience considered in lieu of degree)
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in PLC/HMI/Automation Programming within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in schematic design preferred; robotics programming experience a plus (training available)
