What We Need:

We are looking for an experienced machine operator that will operate and maintain reaction injection molding machinery to produce parts according to customer specifications. This will be a 2nd shift position and include a 10% shift differential. This position will be located at our Filbert St. Hanover, PA plant.

Requirements:
  • May work with an Assistant Operator to complete job duties.
  • Procures and completes MOs, Quality Checklists, and any other job-specific paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Audits any materials lists for accuracy and proper material staging.
  • Loads/removes product to/from production workspaces.
  • Operates Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) machine, adhering to all OSHA and EPA guidelines.
  • Assists with setup and tear-down of RIM equipment, under the direction of a Setup Technician.
  • May be required to handle or dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with all environmental laws and OSHA regulations.
  • Deburrs and prepares product for next operation or workstation.
  • Cuts scrap product for recycling or grinding using electric cutting equipment.
  • May be required to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (P.I.T.s/Forklifts)
  • Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

What Makes You Qualified:

  • HS Diploma/GED or equivalent industrial experience.
  • Minimum 1 yearโ€™s experience required for machine operations.
  • Forklift operation experience preferred

Must Haves:

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
