Now Hiring: Machine Operators – 1st Shift and 2nd Shift | Barberton, OH Express Employment Professionals – Akron

About the Role:

Express Employment Professionals of Akron is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Machine Operators ** for a full-time, 1st shift and 2nd shift positions in Barberton, Ohio. This role involves operating specialized machinery to mold rubber products to precise shapes and quality standards. If you're mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands-on environment, this could be the perfect fit.

Starting Pay: $16.25-18.65 /hour Schedule: 10 and 12 hour shifts available!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load raw rubber materials into molding presses

  • Operate machinery according to production schedules and work orders

  • Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times to ensure product quality

  • Visually inspect finished products for defects and report any issues

  • Safely load and unload materials and finished goods using manual tools

  • Perform other related duties as assigned
