placeM!NT is recruiting for a growing medical aesthetics and wellness practice in the Bridgeport / Portland area seeking a full-time Aesthetic Injector (PA/NP) to join their team.
In this role, you will be a core provider for cosmetic injectables, delivering safe, natural-looking results while building long-term relationships with patients. You'll work closely with our esthetics and wellness teams to create coordinated treatment plans that support both patient outcomes and practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth aesthetic consultations, including history, assessment, and treatment planning
  • Administer neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and other injectables within your training and scope
  • Educate patients on options, risks, expectations, and aftercare; provide clear post-treatment guidance
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and photos in the EMR
  • Encourage appropriate rebooking and maintenance plans; introduce complementary services when clinically appropriate
  • Collaborate with estheticians, front desk, and wellness providers to deliver a seamless patient experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and contribute to a professional, low-drama team culture
  • Uphold all safety, infection-control, and compliance standards and collaborate with the Medical Director on protocols and complications
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Oregon, in good standing
  • Able to work full-time, on-site in the Bridgeport / Portland area
  • Available to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule, including Saturdays on a regular basis
  • Comfortable having at least 75%+ of ongoing clinical time focused on cosmetic injectables in a medspa / anti-aging setting
  • Previous patient-facing clinical experience as a PA/NP
  • Genuine comfort with patient-facing sales behaviors: rebooking, recommending appropriate services/products, and working with clear performance expectations (e.g., rebooking rates, revenue impact)
  • Strong communication skills and professional bedside manner
  • Willingness to follow protocols and collaborate under a Medical Director
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of hands-on injectables experience (neuromodulators and fillers) in medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery
  • Formal training in facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques
  • Experience in related anti-aging or wellness services (skin, hormone therapy, weight management, etc.)
  • Comfort participating in before/after photography and occasional content/events (within professional and brand guidelines)
  • Track record of building a loyal patient panel and positive online reviews
