Salesforce Technical Lead

Job description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope and objectives of the assessment.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Analyze the Salesforce environment (e.g., multi-org vs. single-org) and governance framework.
  • Review Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Visualforce pages for quality and efficiency.
  • Identify areas where custom code can be replaced with declarative solutions.
  • Assess API usage, external system integrations, and middleware connections.
  • Evaluate data flow and synchronization mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices in configuration and development.
  • Highlight technical debt and propose strategies for reduction.
  • Evaluate workflows, process builders, and flows for performance and maintainability.
  • Assess the design and usage of custom objects, fields, and relationships.
  • Analyze data quality, identifying duplicates, inconsistencies, and unused data.
