Specialty Infusion Pharmacist Responsibilities:

  • The infusion pharmacist should have an above average knowledge of issues relations to the provision of IV, respiratory and other therapies in a home setting. The pharmacist will work closely with home infusion health care nurses providing care to the patients and ensure the needs of the patient are met/monitored.
  • Duties may include - special assignments, process validation and competency assessment.
