Job description

The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is a high-impact leader responsible for independently managing complex client construction projects across diverse markets, including adaptive reuse, cold storage, commercial, industrial, interiors, healthcare, and residential. The SPM oversees all phases of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires a seasoned construction professional with strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor junior team members while driving project success in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee full lifecycle project management for PREMIER projects, ensuring seamless execution from preconstruction through close-out.
  • Manage project budgeting, cost control, scheduling, subcontractor buyouts, contract generation (prime and subcontract), and design coordination.
  • Assist with and prepare bid proposals and budgets for prospective projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the construction process
  • Collaborate with ownership to develop winning project strategies and support business development initiatives.
  • Lead problem-solving efforts and coordinate project-related activities to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and submit payment applications, review and approve subcontractor invoices, and manage project billing processes.
  • Take an active role in mentoring and aiding the progression of other project management staff.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment among construction, design, and ownership teams.
