Job Description

The Pick Packer in DSP is responsible for assembling, configuring, and packaging products in accordance with customer requirements, work instructions, and shipping schedules. This role ensures that all packaged products meet Bosch’s quality, labeling, and safety standards while supporting operational efficiency within the warehouse and production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, Configure & Customize: Assemble, configure, and customize products per customer specifications, following work instructions, visual guides, and shipping deadlines.
  • Package & Label: Securely package finished products, apply accurate labels per Bosch and customer requirements, and verify order accuracy prior to shipment.
  • Inventory Tracking: Record material and component usage; notify supervisors of low stock levels or replenishment needs to avoid production delays.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform visual inspections of products and packaging, identify and report defects or discrepancies, and ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area in alignment with 5S and Bosch safety standards.
  • Safety & Compliance: Operate all tools, equipment, and packaging machinery safely and properly while adhering to safety and environmental policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to resolve issues, streamline material flow, and support cross-functional activities as needed.
  • Attendance & Flexibility: Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality; weekend work and overtime may be required as needed to meet customer and business demands.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience preferred.
  • Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork, quality, and workplace safety.

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is hourly $18.37 - $21.54. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
