What You'll Do
  • Develop, install, configure, test, and maintain enterprise-level Windows and Linux systems
  • Monitor server performance and health while maintaining clear, up-to-date documentation
  • Support day-to-day operations and long-term reliability of core infrastructure systems
  • Collaborate with teammates to improve processes, architecture, and system design
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the environment
  • Participate in Data Center Operations, including critical facility infrastructure

What We're Looking For
Education and Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following areas preferred: Windows, or Linux systems administration. Hardware troubleshooting and maintenance of servers, peripherals, and networking systems preferred.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following is required; familiarity of the rest is desired: Windows or Linux. Familiarity with servers from HPE, Dell, and Supermicro
  • Ability to troubleshoot a variety of environments
  • Must be able to travel between campuses
