Job description

Summary:
  • Seeking an IT Infrastructure, Security & Operations Manager to lead enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity operations, systems administration, and IT operational initiatives.
  • This role will provide technical leadership while managing teams, vendors, projects, and enterprise technology services.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure, security, systems, and operations teams.
  • Oversee enterprise servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, endpoints, identity, and security technologies.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure and cybersecurity strategies.
  • Establish operational standards, procedures, monitoring, and service-management processes.
  • Manage infrastructure and security projects from planning through implementation.
  • Oversee incident, problem, change, and disaster-recovery processes.
  • Manage technology vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.
  • Ensure infrastructure and security environments meet organizational security, compliance, and availability requirements.
  • Mentor technical staff and provide architectural and operational guidance.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience managing technical teams and vendors.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, Active Directory, Azure/AWS, endpoint management, and security platforms.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, NIST, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills.
