- 20+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale transportation, highway, bridge, marine, and heavy civil infrastructure projects, including experience with public-sector agencies and design-build project delivery
- Strong knowledge of FHWA requirements, multi-agency funding, federally funded projects, construction means and methods, project controls, scheduling, risk management, contract administration, and compliance oversight
- Demonstrated experience managing complex bridge and river crossing projects, including tied-arch bridge construction, marine operations, deep foundations, heavy lifts, environmental & demolition compliance, utility coordination, and maintenance-of-traffic operations

- Serve as the Owner's Representative, providing leadership and oversight throughout the project lifecycle while managing scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and overall performance
- Lead construction management and inspection activities for major transportation infrastructure projects, including highway, bridge, marine, and heavy civil construction
- Review contractor schedules, recovery plans, progress updates, and project controls to ensure compliance with contract requirements and milestone commitments
- Analyze and evaluate construction costs, change orders, claims, force account work, and contractor proposals for accuracy, reasonableness, and contractual compliance
- Review contract documents, plans, specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and technical submittals to support project execution
