Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

Your Future Team

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Client Portal & CRM Services, you will play a hands-on role in managing activities related to Hightower’s Client Portal. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and service-oriented individual who will focus on providing a positive experience for our end users. You will partner with vendor resources and our internal team to ensure seamless operations and an excellent advisor experience. Additionally, you will contribute to process improvements and standardization

What You’ll Do 

  • Collaborate with cross-discipline teams to assist in onboarding advisor practices to Hightower’s client portal by reviewing and cleaning data
  • Define the scope of data cleanup, addressing issues like duplicates, missing values, outdated information, and incorrect entries
  • Validate results for accuracy and completeness
  • Work within Salesforce, Box, Asana, reporting (Black Diamond, Tamarac), and financial planning tools (eMoney)
  • Collect and implement data into the client portal. This involves uploading photos and logos, configuring the portal settings, and ensuring everything is properly integrated
  • Assist in testing the client portals to ensure that the data is displayed correctly and that the portal functions as expected. This includes validating the advisor and client experiences
  • Update the hiring manager and business stakeholders on project progress
  • Exhibit high level customer service with customers and clients.

 

What You’ll Bring       

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry (Wealth Management preferred).
  • A developed understanding of the operational details of the advisory business (e.g., RIA) functions (IT, Operations, Compliance) preferred, with the ability to understand the client-facing perspective of our client portal.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to learn.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to own and continually improve standard processes.
  • The ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly, while working independently.
  • A growth mindset and a propensity to take initiative to constantly improve processes, workflows, and results.
