The IT Infrastructure Cost Transparency Analyst is part of a small team within Ford's Enterprise Platforms Engineering Operations (EPEO) organization that works with Service Teams and Finance to translate EPEO service usage by customer into cost allocation forecasts and reports for the purpose of allocating IT infrastructure cost throughout the global enterprise and supporting financial planning


Based in Dearborn, MI, this is a hybrid position with a required four-day onsite presence each week.ย Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

You'll have...

  • Bachelor's Degree equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • 3+ years of dashboarding experience using Qlik Sense / Power BI or similarย 

  • 3+ years of experience collaborating using SharePoint / MS Teams tools

  • 2+ years of experience with data wrangling and analysis using Excel and Alteryx.ย  ย Big Query is nice to have

  • 2+ years of business analysis experience including requirements gathering,ย  process reengineering or similar.

This position is a salary grade of 7 or 8 and ranges from $86,600- 166,200.

What you'll do...

  • Prototype, build and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards, and migrate existing ones to Power BI.
  • Manage and streamline data collection, integration, and transformation for dashboard presentation, including migration of existing Alteryx flows to TBD future solution(s).
  • Work with end users, service teams, and app portfolio owners to design and prototype Business Intelligence solutions that meet the needs of IT Service Teams, Application Portfolio Owners, and IT Executive Management.
  • Develop and implement mechanisms to audit data integrity, both upstream from data sources and downstream when presented to end users.
  • Perform, and build solutions, analysis of data for identification of issues and opportunities with IT service consumption relative to budget, and allocation of service costs to customers based on physical metrics.
