Job Summary:
Ellipsis Labs is a profitable, venture-backed startup building sustainable and efficient DeFi protocols. They are seeking a full-time Infrastructure Engineer to set foundational infrastructure best practices, develop DevOps processes, and ensure the security and monitoring of critical production systems.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Set foundational infrastructure best practices and architecture
โ€ข Develop and own the team's DevOps processes
โ€ข Ensure the security and monitoring of critical production systems
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade software systems (ideally in Rust, C++, C, or Golang), with high-quality and well-documented production code
โ€ข 3+ years of experience with Unix systems and DevOps
โ€ข Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
โ€ข A demonstrated track record of high agency, willingness to dive into unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas, and a team-first attitude
โ€ข Passion for decentralized finance
Preferred:
โ€ข Experience working with blockchain technology, preferably Solana
โ€ข Experience in quant trading or fintech
