The Role: Network Infrastructure Manager

This role leads the day-to-day performance of the Network Infrastructure team. You are accountable for service quality, team execution, and adherence to established standards in a mission-critical data center environment. The role balances people leadership with operational oversight to ensure reliable delivery of customer connectivity services.

What Youll Do
  • Manage the daily operations of the Network Infrastructure team to ensure consistent service quality and customer experience.

  • Direct, coach, and develop supervisors and technicians, including performance reviews and corrective actions when needed.

  • Act as an escalation point for service-impacting infrastructure issues.

  • Plan and maintain team schedules to support 24/7/365 operational demands.

  • Define, track, and analyze operational metrics and KPIs to improve performance.

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce policies and procedures that support safe, efficient operations.

  • Ensure operational readiness through training plans, mentorship, and continuity planning.

  • Review quality assurance results and address gaps in execution or documentation.

  • Oversee work order execution, including coordination of required equipment and resources.

  • Partner with other operations, engineering, and support teams to align priorities and apply best practices.

  • Prepare operational documentation and reports for leadership.

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning in coordination with senior leadership.

  • Lead by example and foster a respectful, accountable work environment.
