Job description

Job Description:
  • 6-12 Years of IT infrastructure project management/coordination experience
  • End-to-end IT Network infra deployment experience (Router, Switches, firewall, wireless etc).
  • Good in Communication, presentation, and Stakeholder engagement.
  • ITIL, PMP certification will be preferred.
  • Onsite Role at Customer location in Bay area.
  • Shift timing would be US shift and willing to accommodate other timezones occasionally based on project needs.
  • Infrastructure Project Management/Coordination.
  • Experience in implementing Infrastructure and Networking domains.
  • Provide Project Management services for Network deployments, including:
  • Resource planning
  • Task allocation and planning
  • Regular project tracking and updates
  • Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
  • Build SOP and MOP as per the project requirements
  • Study Infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners
  • Schedules and coordinates project reviews and follows up on assigned actions. Create and maintain project schedules and status reports
  • Revise documents as new issues arise and coordinate in CAPA creation
  • Create and update BoM (Bill of materials) per project requirements
  • Update workflows/dashboards and assign bugs as needed to Infrastructure TPMs
