Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse IT Technician to provide on-site technical support for warehouse operations. This role ensures reliable operation of IT equipment and systems supporting daily logistics and fulfilment activities.

Contract duration - 3 month with possible extension

Work Environment

  • On-site warehouse support role
  • May require occasional off-hours support for operational incidents

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site IT support for warehouse staff and operations
  • Install and support PCs, handheld scanners, printers, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Control System and related devices
  • Maintain network and Wi-Fi connectivity across warehouse facilities
  • Coordinate equipment repair and replacement with vendors
  • Manage IT asset inventory and device setup for new users
  • Work with corporate IT teams on escalations and improvements

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of IT support experience (warehouse or logistics environment preferred)
