The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee enterprise IT service delivery supporting the Department of State Bureau of Diplomatic Security. This role provides operational leadership across service desk operations, infrastructure management, enterprise applications, cloud services, network operations, and IT lifecycle management activities.
The IT Operations Manager will serve as the senior operational leader responsible for maintaining service levels while implementing modernization initiatives across the ITOD portfolio.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a 30- to 40-person team conducting day-to-day enterprise IT operations on classified and unclassified environments.
  • Coordinate service desk, infrastructure, application, cloud, and operational support teams.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Lead operational planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support project management, change management, and release management processes.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate incident response and problem management activities.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on operational health, risks, and performance.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of federal IT operations experience.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise IT operations teams.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary IT environments including cloud, network, infrastructure, and service desk functions.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
  • Active Top Secret clearance; SCI eligible

Desired:
  • Prior experience supporting the Department of State Bureau of Diplomatic Security and/or Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT) is highly desirable.
  • ITIL certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, Azure, AWS, and enterprise monitoring platforms.
  • PMP certification.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
