The IT Manager is responsible for supporting enterprise IT operations and driving successful system integrations across JF Petroleum Group’s growing, multi-location environment. This role plays a key part in mergers and acquisitions by leading technical onboarding efforts, standardizing infrastructure, and ensuring seamless transitions for newly acquired companies.
Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure, the IT Manager combines hands-on technical expertise with strong project coordination skills to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure IT services across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Mergers & Acquisitions / IT Integrations
- Lead technical onboarding activities for acquired companies, including:
- Microsoft 365 migrations (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Domain and identity integration (Azure AD / Entra ID)
- Endpoint provisioning and user cutovers
- Network and infrastructure standardization
- Coordinate integration efforts with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
- Develop and maintain standardized integration processes and documentation
Infrastructure & Systems Administration
- Administer and support hybrid IT infrastructure (on-premises and Azure cloud)
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and security/compliance tools
- Support server, network, and endpoint environments across multiple locations
- Monitor system performance, apply patches, and remediate vulnerabilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues (Tier 2/3 support)
- Maintain system reliability, scalability, and security
Automation & Process Improvement
- Develop and maintain scripts (e.g., PowerShell) to automate routine administrative tasks
- Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and standardization
SharePoint & Collaboration Platforms
- Administer SharePoint Online environment, including site structure, permissions, and governance
- Support business units in leveraging SharePoint and Microsoft 365 for collaboration and workflow automation
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve internal processes
Network, Telecom & Site Support
- Assist with network infrastructure support across locations (firewalls, VLANs, connectivity)
- Troubleshoot network configurations and connectivity issues
- Assist with Telecom systems management
- Coordinate ISP services and site connectivity
Vendor & Asset Management
- Manage vendor relationships for infrastructure, telecom, and hardware services
- Oversee copier and printer fleet management, including vendor coordination and lease tracking

Requirements:
- High school Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related field
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Proficiency with PowerShell or similar scripting tools
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (e.g., firewalls, VLANs, DHCP, VPNs)
- Experience supporting multi-site or distributed organizations
- Experience with M&A integrations or large-scale IT projects preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills
- Must be able to meet company’s employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
- Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
