Job description

Job Summary:
Echo IT Solutions is involved in the rollout of an enterprise architecture platform tool for the Virginia IT Agency. The Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating the implementation across multiple agencies, managing tasks, and ensuring effective training and resource allocation.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate internally with other VITA teams such as Business Readiness and Customer Account Managers to establish a schedule for rollout across agencies.
• Work with the architects on the Enterprise Architecture team and other resources within CSRM to manage the tasks and assignments requisite to completing the rollout.
• Coordinate the appropriate resources for the completion of these tasks.
• Work directly with agency resources to manage issues related to the scheduling of training and any follow up required post-training.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Candidate must have at least 8 years of Project Management, preferably with large project experience.
• If candidate has prior VA State gov exp it MUST be clearly reflected on their resume.
Preferred:
• Experience with Virginia state government desired.
• Active PMP cert a BIG PLUS!!
