The IT Manager in our manufacturing organization will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of information technology systems to support and enhance operational efficiency. A primary focus of this role is overseeing the successful implementation and integration of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives. The IT Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires a proactive leader who can manage IT projects, maintain system security, and provide technical guidance to staff. Ultimately, the IT Manager will play a critical role in leveraging technology to support the company’s growth and competitive advantage in the manufacturing sector.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how ERP systems integrate with production workflows.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing IT teams and cross-departmental collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:
