HRIS Business Systems Analyst II
Make an Impact on the Future of HR Technology:
Are you passionate about HR systems, data analytics, and transforming business needs into technology solutions? We're looking for an HRIS Business Systems Analyst II to play a key role in supporting and enhancing our HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on UKG Pro, IBM Cognos Analytics, and HR data reporting.

In this role, you'll partner closely with HR and business leaders to deliver meaningful system improvements, actionable reporting, and data-driven insights that support employees throughout their lifecycle. You'll have the opportunity to troubleshoot complex challenges, optimize processes, and influence how HR technology supports our organization.

What You'll Do:
Own and Enhance HR Systems:
  • Support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of UKG Pro and Cognos reporting solutions.
  • Help ensure system reliability, data integrity, and an exceptional user experience.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, audits, and ongoing optimization initiatives.
Solve Meaningful Business Challenges:
  • Investigate and resolve HRIS and data-related issues through our ticketing process.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify sustainable solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT partners to continuously improve system performance and business processes.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights:
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using IBM Cognos Analytics and SQL.
  • Create advanced queries to analyze, validate, and transform HR data.
  • Support both strategic and operational reporting that influences business decisions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations through accurate and meaningful HR analytics.
Partner with Business Leaders:
  • Work directly with HR stakeholders to understand evolving business needs.
  • Translate requirements into scalable system and reporting solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for HR technology and reporting capabilities.

  • Background supporting system administration, troubleshooting, testing, and configuration.
