An Information System Security Manager (ISSM) is responsible for overseeing the security of an organization’s information systems. They develop and enforce policies, procedures, and protocols to protect sensitive data from cyber threats and unauthorized access. ISSMs also ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, conduct risk assessments, and respond to security incidents.
