Interns typically work on projects involving data management, information retrieval, digital libraries, or user experience design. The internship provides hands-on learning opportunities and helps participants apply theoretical knowledge to real-world problems, often under the guidance of experienced professionals. It also helps interns build professional networks and enhance their resumes for future career opportunities.
