IT INTERN
Job Summary: The IT Intern will have the opportunity to assist with audio-visual (AV) technology operations, providing hands-on support for meeting equipment setup, maintenance, and organization while gaining experience in AV inventory management.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for AV equipment during meetings, presentations, and virtual events, including setup, troubleshooting, and teardown.
  • Organize and maintain AV storage areas, ensuring equipment is properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible.
  • Manage inventory of AV devices, cables, adapters, and accessories.
  • Collaborate with IT and administrative staff to ensure seamless AV operations for meetings and events.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AV support or technical equipment setup.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.).
  • Basic technical documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail in inventory and equipment management.
