Job Description We are seeking a Feature Lead / Senior ETL Platform Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Informatica IICS and on-prem Informatica, cloud-native data architecture, and AI/ML-enabled data engineering and a proven ability to design, implement, and operate secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud data integration platforms. Responsibilities: Lead requirement gathering with application, analytics, and AI teams to enable IICS capabilities, cloud services, and AI/ML data integrations. Own end-to-end cloud-first IICS platform setup including Organizations, secure agents (cloud and hybrid), connections, RBAC, and permissions. Define and enforce cloud data platform standards for security, governance, lineage, observability, and responsible AI data usage. Influence adoption of AI-assisted data integration, intelligent automation, and metadata-driven pipelines. Lead design, development, and migration of cloud-scale Informatica assets and data pipelines across environments and Organizations. Design and optimize pipelines for AI/ML model training, real-time analytics, and data-driven decisioning. Guide delivery of complex transformations, data quality rules, metadata management, and workload orchestration in cloud and hybrid models. Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality, governed, AI-ready datasets. Architect and maintain cloud-native CI/CD supporting Informatica, infrastructure-as-code, and data pipeline deployments across Orgs and SubOrgs. Drive automation and AI-assisted monitoring for utilization, performance, and cost efficiency; remediate bottlenecks proactively. Establish observability using cloud monitoring, Operational Insights, and log analytics for operational resilience. Lead troubleshooting of secure agent, network, and IICS runtime issues with deep root-cause analysis. Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on expertise with Informatica on-prem and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including secure agents and hybrid deployments. Experience designing solutions on public cloud platforms, with Azure preferred and integration with Azure Active Directory. Proven delivery of AI/ML-enabled data pipelines that support analytics and model training. Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines across multiple Orgs and SubOrgs. Knowledge of data replication across cloud object storage (S3-compatible), local file systems, and NAS. Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management in cloud environments. Demonstrated performance optimization, cost management, and scaling of cloud data workloads. Experience mentoring teams on cloud, data engineering, and AI data best practices within a shared services or platform model. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with Operational Insights, cloud monitoring, and AI-driven observability. Background with Agile delivery and platform engineering practices.
