Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Informatica IDMC Administrator to manage and support our Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) environment. This role is responsible for administering and optimizing the Informatica platform, supporting ETL and data integration processes, and ensuring data quality and reliability across enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and PowerCenter administration, along with a solid background in ETL processes, cloud environments, and database management. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business-critical data integration initiatives and maintain high standards for performance, security, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) / IDMC environment.
  • Configure, monitor, and optimize ETL and data integration processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Informatica IICS and associated integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data integration requirements and initiatives.
  • Implement and promote best practices for ETL development and data integration.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across integrated systems.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute system upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
  • Monitor system performance and optimize processes for efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, workflows, processes, and system changes.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and support to internal users and team members.
  • Participate in after-hours or weekend support when required for critical operations or deployments.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience administering Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) / IDMC.
  • 4+ years of experience with Informatica PowerCenter administration.
  • Strong understanding of ETL architecture, data integration, and data pipeline management.
  • Experience working with SQL and relational database systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing environments and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale data integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle management practices.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based ETL and hybrid data integration environments.
